芭蕾舞，还是舞蹈中比较优美和柔和的一种舞蹈了，翩翩起舞的样子美则美矣。是了，芭蕾舞在舞剧当中也比较普遍， 而且它更是凭借它的舞裙精致美丽，舞蹈步伐优雅高贵，更因为踮脚的姿势十分优美，芭蕾舞红极一时，不少小姑娘都因为芭蕾舞的美妙绝伦，而爱上了它，更爱上了芭蕾舞剧。

可是，大家是否都知道芭蕾舞背后的艰难呢？是了，我们都只看到了表面上芭蕾舞是一个多么美丽的舞蹈，可我们有人深思过，不少人为了跳芭蕾舞而付出的努力吗？看似这样的舞蹈飘然若蝶，宛若惊鸿，十分美妙。可我们普通人甚至都知道吧，芭蕾舞往往都是要苦练踮脚功的.。普通人踮脚踮个一分钟那就已经是不得了了的事情，可芭蕾舞舞者呢，她们一整个舞蹈要踮多少分钟呢？我们谁又知道她们背后的艰辛呢？特别喜欢一句话，所有美丽都有背后的默默付出。可我们世人啊，往往都是那么世俗，只看到了别人表面的美丽啊。我有了练芭蕾舞许多年的朋友，她如今已经不跳芭蕾舞了，可她每个星期都会掉一次脚趾甲。这就是芭蕾舞踮脚的危害了，长时间的踮脚训练，让她们的脚血液病不循环，然后脚趾甲就会掉下来，无论以后的你还是否从事跳芭蕾舞这一行业，只要你小时候练芭蕾舞踮脚时间太长，都会造成这样的反应，无论多久，甚至会跟你一辈子。是了，这就是我们所追求的东西啊，不过有些人倒是从未后悔，追求自己认为美的东西，总有人觉得很有意义。可最世俗愚蠢的便是世人了，别人背后的付出我们从未发现，也不屑去发现，看到了别人的美丽，又只会自怨自艾……
