让游戏闪亮你的英语课堂
游戏在英语课堂上的重要性都快比得上水之于鱼了，很难想象一堂课上，如果没有了游戏，该怎么继续。不论高年级还是低年级，在游戏中学习都是一种十分有效的学习方式。低年级学生好动又好胜，游戏能让他们在动身体的同时动脑，并且享受成功的喜悦。高年级的课堂相对而言比较乏味，适时的游戏会是绝佳的作料。好的游戏能让一堂沉闷的英语课活跃起来，是学生学习的兴奋的药剂。
一、游戏的安排应讲究一个“适”字，适时、适式、适度。
（一）适时组织游戏
看准时机，针对学生的实际安排合适的游戏形式。
1.让学生从思想上尽快进入英语课堂，游戏导入是个相当快捷、有效的方法。我们可以安排listen and do，listen and point，look and say，flash and say等操作简单，但具有检查性质的游戏。学生在玩游戏的同时，复习了旧知识，情感上也得到了体验。而从这些旧知识的复习，我们可以自然过渡到新知识的传授，温故知新，以旧带新，一举两得。
2.在复习巩固阶段，最忌讳的是机械操练。游戏能使复习变得生动。比如我们学了一系列水果以后，安排老师拿一个水果，学生说出来的环节，但反复几次之后，学生的积极性就会减弱。这时，我们安排游戏Who is missing？Who is fast？Magic eyes等，学生的积极性就会立刻恢复，一只只小手又会争先恐后地举
起。
3.当学生的脸上闪过“无聊”、“困惑”的痕迹时，游戏可解“燃眉之急”。高年级的学生面临背单词、记单词的难题。如果不讲究方法地死记硬背，不但效果不好，学生的兴趣也会逐渐降低。在这个阶段，如果能帮助他们掌握正确的.方法，促使他们主动背单词，就会对他们以后的英语学习有很大的帮助。单词接龙、吊死鬼、寻找共同点等游戏，不仅让学生始终处于积极思考的状态，而且能提高他们课后记单词的兴趣。
（二）适式组织游戏
有些游戏的可用性很强，如copy不走样等游戏，无论什么内容，都能套用。但有些游戏，却不是什么内容都合适的。教师要学会使用最恰当的游戏，如flash and guess这样的游戏仅适合单词教学，而不适合巩固句型。
不同年龄阶段的学生，对游戏的口味也不同，我们要学会投其所好。低年级的学生喜欢趣味性强的，如copy不走样，high voice and low voice能引起他们参与的欲望。而高年级的学生则喜欢探索型的游戏，比如bingo、加减运算对抗赛就很受他们的欢迎。
（三）适度组织游戏
在教学中，我们不能只为让学生放松、玩乐而安排游戏，归根结底，游戏是为教学服务的。在游戏活动之前，我们必须指定相应的规则，没有规则，游戏过程就会很“乱”，有规则才能“活而
有序”。当学生的“玩性”到五、六成的时候，我们的游戏就该结束了。因为如果游戏结束太早，学生才刚进入游戏状态，熟悉游戏规则，就结束游戏，一来扫兴，二来游戏的“运用语言”的目的也没达到。如果游戏结束得太晚，学生就会越来越无聊，下次再玩这类游戏就没有了热情。
二、游戏的组织，还要讲究一个“变”字——以不变应万变。
（一）巧设陷阱
同一个游戏“发口令，做动作”，一般都是教师怎么发，学生怎么做，最多让一个学生发，其他学生做，偶尔做做反口令，分组进行比赛。做多了，学生的好奇心没有了，游戏就变成了机械操练。如果设几个陷阱，就会有“眼睛一眨，老母鸡变鸭”的效果。趣味性的调节就是教师在做动作的时候，可以先慢慢地好像在做“坐下”的动作，眼神一定要是那种坏坏的，然后突然变成“起立”，让学生产生和教师斗下去的欲望。师生成了“敌人”，而游戏就成了“战争”。把动作和语言结合起来，边做动作边说，动作和口令有时一致，有时不一致。在训练学生对所学知识掌握的同时，还训练了学生的反应能力。
（二）变换速度
随着学生对知识的掌握逐渐加深，训练的速度可以逐渐加快，这不但适合学习的规律，还使原本枯燥的操练重新显出生气，学生逐渐淡化的新奇感又被激起。
（三）奖励机制的运用
在教育中，我们能体会到表扬和激励对学生起的作用比批评更大。在老师的激励下，学生的探索精神更易发挥，更容易学会原本以为很难学的东西。我常常采用口头表扬，认为给学生物质奖励会使他们变得功利，但在同事们的感染下，偶尔尝试奖励，也取得了很好的激励效果。我用小五星激励学生，常常搞得自己整个黄昏剪五角星，有时，一节课奖多了，自己还有点心疼，最重要的是用多了学生还不稀罕了。其实我们可以尝试用加分的方法，注意分值有区别，加分要敏感，时时注意给学生以表扬，让学生得到认可。这样一来，不但让自己得到解脱，更使奖励更具可变性。
（四）以人为本
教育的对象是人，所以教育应当以人为本。在游戏中，教师的神态、语态、眼神、动作是十分重要的，教师要用主持人一般的激情，让每个学生都感觉到老师的召唤。我相信教师只有投入情感，学生才会给予相应的回报。

I was one of the only kids in college who had a reason to go to the P.O. box at the end of the day, and that was mainly because my mother has never believed in email, in Facebook, in texting or cell phones in general. And so while other kids were BBM-ing their parents, I was literally waiting by the mailbox to get a letter from home to see how the weekend had gone, which was a little frustrating when Grandma was in the hospital, but I was just looking for some sort of scribble, some unkempt cursive from my mother.
And so when I moved to New York City after college and got completely sucker-punched in the face by depression, I did the only thing I could think of at the time. I wrote those same kinds of letters that my mother had written me for strangers, and tucked them all throughout the city, dozens and dozens of them. I left them everywhere, in cafes and in libraries, at the U.N., everywhere. I blogged about those letters and the days when they were necessary, and I posed a kind of crazy promise to the Internet: that if you asked me for a hand-written letter, I would write you one, no questions asked. Overnight, my inbox morphed into this harbor of heartbreak -- a single mother in Sacramento, a girl being bullied in rural Kansas, all asking me, a 22-year-old girl who barely even knew her own coffee order, to write them a love letter and give them a reason to wait by the mailbox.
Well, today I fuel a global organization that is fueled by those trips to the mailbox, fueled by the ways in which we can harness social media like never before to write and mail strangers letters when they need them most, but most of all, fueled by crates of mail like this one, my trusty mail crate, filled with the scriptings of ordinary people, strangers writing letters to other strangers not because they're ever going to meet and laugh over a cup of coffee, but because they have found one another by way of letter-writing.
But, you know, the thing that always gets me about these letters is that most of them have been written by people that have never known themselves loved on a piece of paper. They could not tell you about the ink of their own love letters. They're the ones from my generation, the ones of us that have grown up into a world where everything is paperless, and where some of our best conversations have happened upon a screen. We have learned to diary our pain onto Facebook, and we speak swiftly in 140 characters or less.
But what if it's not about efficiency this time? I was on the subway yesterday with this mail crate, which is a conversation starter, let me tell you. If you ever need one, just carry one of these. (Laughter) And a man just stared at me, and he was like, "Well, why don't you use the Internet?" And I thought, "Well, sir, I am not a strategist, nor am I specialist. I am merely a storyteller." And so I could tell you about a woman whose husband has just come home from Afghanistan, and she is having a hard time unearthing this thing called conversation, and so she tucks love letters throughout the house as a way to say, "Come back to me. Find me when you can." Or a girl who decides that she is going to leave love letters around her campus in Dubuque, Iowa, only to find her efforts ripple-effected the next day when she walks out onto the quad and finds love letters hanging from the trees, tucked in the bushes and the benches. Or the man who decides that he is going to take his life, uses Facebook as a way to say goodbye to friends and family. Well, tonight he sleeps safely with a stack of letters just like this one tucked beneath his pillow, scripted by strangers who were there for him when.
These are the kinds of stories that convinced me that letter-writing will never again need to flip back her hair and talk about efficiency, because she is an art form now, all the parts of her, the signing, the scripting, the mailing, the doodles in the margins. The mere fact that somebody would even just sit down, pull out a piece of paper and think about someone the whole way through, with an intention that is so much harder to unearth when the browser is up and the iPhone is pinging and we've got six conversations rolling in at once, that is an art form that does not fall down to the Goliath of "get faster," no matter how many social networks we might join. We still clutch close these letters to our chest, to the words that speak louder than loud, when we turn pages into palettes to say the things that we have needed to say, the words that we have needed to write, to sisters and brothers and even to strangers, for far too long. Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty. As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. /chuzhong/chusan/ 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome. When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error. Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. 一、在英语的学习过程中，词汇学习是最初的也是最重要的一环。单词记得越多越准确，释义，搭配，例句，用法掌握得越牢固，你学英语才会如虎添翼。下面给大家将一些学习词汇的方法。学习词汇首先可以找规律。英语中的词汇构成大多都是有规律可循的。
另外联想法也很有用，当你的词汇量累积到一定程度时，就要学会在学习新的单词时联想到曾学过的与新单词有联系的表达方式，反之亦然。这样不仅能更深刻理解这些有联系的单词的区别。同时也能起到“温故”的作用。
词汇的应用也是非常重要的，我们可以和学习伙伴用英语交流，自己朗读等。
二、学语法是为了让我们更好地了解英语的逻辑，使学英语达到事半功倍的效果。下面来谈谈语法的学习。
1、练习是学习语法最好的方法，也就是造句，写作，以及最基本的口语句子造句。
2、有人说语法是英语学习中最枯燥的环节，但仔细看看，你会发现同中文有很多相通之处，如句子构成，主谓宾，词的'运用，要注意的就是中英文元素排序不同。语法对于分析句子的意思帮助也是非常大的，尤其是超长的句子，有的时候一个句子就有三四行甚至占据整个段落。尝到了甜头，就有了学语法的动力了。
三、英语听力不行，就等于你是英语聋子，生活中最多的还是口语上的交流，你听不懂对方说的话，根本就无法进行交流。所以英语听力也是非常重要的。
1、家长首先要培养孩子听英语的兴趣。可是兴趣要从你喜欢的事物中来。可以通过看英文电影，听英文歌曲，收听英文节目提高英语学习的兴趣时间一长，听力成绩就会大大提高。
四、口语
1、练英语口语首先要解决语音语调的问题，一开始我就是尽量去模仿老师的语音语调，后来可以看英文电影来模仿起来。
2、不要让自己认为讲的不好羞于开口，这是练习英语口语最大的忌讳，一定要鼓足勇气，只有说出来才会发现自己的不足，进而改正并提高。

一、注重教学过程管理，强调先进教学方法和理念的实施。
如何充分发挥小学英语在实现教育目标中的功能，从而体现小学英语在整个课程中的地位和作用，是小学英语教学必须重视的问题。英语学习的启蒙阶段是非常重要的，教学的成功与否将对学生的终身学习产生深远影响。小学开设英语课程的目的在于培养学生学习英语的积极情感，形成初步的英语语感，打好语音、语调的基础，具备用所学英语进行交流的初级能力。通过英语课程的学习，丰富社会生活经历、开拓视野、树立学习的自信心。为此在实际教学中我们要求广大教师积极实践和探索，在教学目标、课程实施、教学方法、教学评价等方面做到层层推进。在实践过程中应该明确以下几点：
1．在教学总体目标上，重兴趣、重成就感、重自信心的培养。教师通过多种激励的方式，如奖品激励、任务激励、荣誉激励、信任激励和情感激励等，激发学生积极参与、大胆实践、体验成功的喜悦。有了成就感，就有了自信心，学生就会渴望学习英语；在课程实施上，重环境、重频率、重效率。教学中特别强调语言环境的创设，充分利用和开发电视、录音、录像、光碟等多种媒体，丰富教学内容、活跃教学气氛、创设生动和真实的语言环境。尽量在课堂上创造真实的情境，克服课时少的困难，并且按排早读课及时复习，保证学生高频率的接触英语，为学生创造有效的学习条件，提高学习效率；在语言教学目标上，重语感、重语音语调基础、重交流能力。学校和教师积极创造条件，提供良好的语言环境和设备，通过提供大量的感知、体验、模仿等实践活动，帮助学生形成初步的语感。语音语调的学习包括发音、重音、语调、节奏和语流等多方面，教学中要求教师防止以单音准确为目的的教学，通过多听、多模仿，在有意义的语境中进行训练，奠定语音语调的基础。强调要培养学生交流能力就要创设交流的情景，使学生通过交流发展交流的能力。

二、创设良好的语言学习环境，扩展英语教学的时空。
⒈灵活安排教学组织和课堂，以学生为主体，充分调动学生的积极性，开展两人小组、多人小组、成行、成排、半班等多种形式的活动。这是小学英语教学的重要特点之一。只有开展这些活动才能使每一个学生充分地参与课堂实践，才能体现出语言的交际性，才能实现师生之间和学生之间的互动性。课堂上课桌椅的摆放形式根据教学的需要采用不同的方式——秧田式、半圆式、全圆式、双圆式等，目的是为了更好地开展各种教学活动。这样做可以促进师生之间的情感交流，而且可以帮助学生培养起互相关心，合作的团队精神。
⒉采用多种媒体的现代化教学手段，创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会，优化。利用英语教学音像资源——图画、图表、投影、录音、录像、cd、vcd、dvd等，不仅能为学生提供规范的语音、语调，还可以提供真实自然的语言使用的示范，即语言使用的场合、时间、对象等，而且还有体态语——手势、动作、表情等的示范。多种媒体的运用使教学变得生动、形象、活泼，感染力强，容易激发学生兴趣，引起有意注意，加深印象，帮助学生持久记忆。充分利用现代化教学手段，可以超越时间和空间的限制，使学生置身于以英语为母语的环境中，体验英语的实际运用。的使用可以使教学过程程序化，大大提高教学的效率，这一点对我们课时少的小学英语课尤为重要。
⒊把英语学习从有限的课内时空扩展到无限的课外时空，成立小小英语角、学校布置英语走廊、让学生制作英语画刊等各种形式的活动极大地提高了学生学英语的热情，让学生感受到英语无处不在、无时不学。
三、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整。
在实际教学过程中，教师应积极实践，不断探索，针对实际工作中出现的.问题和学生身心特点，总结规律，认真思考，不断摸索。尤其是在中教师应具备良好的应变机制。①学习过程要有趣味性、有意义，要有利于激发学生主动参与的欲望。②善于利用学生的生活体验，通过让学生交流，使他们对所学语言产生亲切感，从而激发学习动机。及时、正确地给予评价激发学生的成就感，从而产生学习的新动力。常常采用师生问答形式，学生感到枯燥、厌烦。教师让学生与长毛绒动物握手交流，学生兴趣倍增。
四、认真进行质量监控、积极推进评价改革
采用人本与发展的模式来理解教育和人类发展的关系，是当前教育理念的核心，即尊重个体和个体差异，实施因材施教，实现全人教育，为个体的终身学习打下基础。因此，在教学中必须实施新的评价理念，提倡形成性评价和终结性评价有机结合。做到评价主体互动化，评价内容多元化，评价过程动态化。评价的基本目标是为了教育并促进学生的表现，要求教师尊重和爱护每个学生的学习积极性，对学生的成绩和点滴进步适时地加以肯定。采用口头表扬和精神奖励的方式，如奖给小红花、红星、纸制奖牌、课文中的人物卡通图片等。特别要注意对学习后进的学生所取得的进步及时给予表扬。要求评价形式具有多样性和可选择性，以形成性评价为主，以学生平时参与各种英语教学活动所表现的兴趣、态度和交流能力为主要依据。采用学生平时教学活动中常见的方式进行，重视学生的态度、参与的积极性、努力的程度、交流的能力以及合作的精神等。通过观察学生的活动（讲故事、说歌谣、唱歌曲、表演对话或短剧等），与学生交流，学生的自评、互评等生动活泼的方式进行。很多学校建立了学生的评价档案。如学生的语音、书写记录，学生参与小组活动的情况记载，学生课余时间的学习拓展情况等统统作为学期总成绩评定的指标参考。由于注重对学生平时学习情况及时地进行评价，有效地提高了学生学英语的积极性。除形成性评价外，小学三年级期末或学年考试以口试和听力考查为主，五、六年级采用口试、听力、笔试相结合的方式。口试主要考查学生实际的语言应用能力；笔试主要考查学生听和读的技能以及初步的写作能力。评价采用等级制或达标方法记成绩，不对学生按成绩排队或以此作为各种评比或选拔的依据。教学评价是为学习服务的，目的在于提高学生学习的效率，成为学生学习的动力和源泉，为学生的终身发展服务。
有效教学在小学英语教学中的实施是为了提高教师的工作效益、强化过程评价和目标管理。为此我始终从教学的准备、教学的实施、教学的评价三方面入手，自始至终地关注学生的进步和发展、关注教学效益，关注教学中的可测性。同时教师还应具备一种反思的意识，不断地调整自己的教学行为掌握相关的教学策略，以便于自己面对具体的情景做出相应的决策，获取最大的教学效益。
